The Operational Plan Document is an elaboration of the Strategic Plan of the Faculty of Earth Science and Technology which has been approved by the Head of the faculty. This operational plan contains real and logical annual activities to overcome the problems indicated in the SWOT analysis, both regarding strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges as well as activities for improvement/development concerning quality and quantity that can be carried out by utilizing the existing resources in achieving the targets.
